Hello, my name is Laura a.k.a. "Hoopsee".  I have been hooping since I was in third grade.  I have been in talent shows and contests.  Hooping is a great experience that everyone should try at least once!
 
In 2008, I started teaching Hoop-Fit.  Hoop-Fit is an awesome cardio workout.  Hooping is a low impact fun exercise that increases strength, flexibility, energy, and develops balance and coordination.
